What an operator handles

Real business work, not generic AI demos.

The operator is shaped around the kind of work your business actually has each week — not a chat box and a list of features to learn.

Inbox & replies

Triage incoming messages, draft replies in your voice, hold sends for approval.

Follow-ups

Quote chasing, customer check-ins, scheduled nudges — without anyone forgetting.

Admin & tracking

Updates logged, requests captured as tasks, weekly summaries put in your hand.

Research & drafts

Reports, briefs, proposals, quick research — formatted the way you actually use them.

Operating lanes

Pick a narrow lane first. Prove useful work. Then widen.

Pilots start in one lane that's clearly worth handing over. We add lanes once the first is producing useful, trusted, repeatable work.

Quote & sales follow-ups

The operator chases quotes, schedules check-ins, drafts replies in your voice, and holds external sends until you approve.

Common first lane

Inbox triage & drafts

Incoming messages sorted, key threads summarised, drafts prepared in your tone. You decide what gets sent.

High-leverage lane

Tracked request queue

Requests captured in a tracked queue, prioritised, managed, and visible — instead of disappearing into chat threads.

Always-on lane
How it works

Five steps from "I'd like AI to handle this" to "it's handled, weekly".

Each step stacks on the last — scroll through to see how a request becomes tracked work and, over time, a sharper workflow around your business.

Step One

Map your business

We identify the recurring tasks, requests, decisions, documents, customer messages, and admin that are worth giving to the operator first.

Customer check-insWEEKLY
Step Two

I set up your operator

Andy configures the agent, intake route, customer-only brain, accounts, task flow, and safe operating boundaries — built around how your business actually runs, using the same production setup he runs for his own businesses.

Step Three

You message what you need

You don't need to learn AI. Brief the operator like a capable assistant — by message, in your words. I manage what happens after that.

"Summarise this week's inbox"YOU
"Brief the new supplier"YOU
Step Four

Work tracked in a request queue

Requests and improvements become tracked tasks — prioritised, managed, delivered, and visible. Nothing disappears into a chat thread.

Step Five

The operator improves weekly

Repeated useful work becomes sharper workflows over time. Managed, not abandoned after setup — the operator compounds around your business.

Week 4 · 38 requests handled
Week 12 · 6 workflows compounded
What you actually get

The tangible parts of a managed operator.

Beyond a chat box — a real intake route, a brain that knows your business, a dedicated secure cloud workspace when it's needed, and a managed operator running the system.

A dedicated intake route

Its own email and request channel — the way your operator receives work, not another shared inbox.

A customer-only brain

Wiki, notes, and database built around your business — used only for your operator, not pooled with anyone else.

Dedicated secure workspace

When the work needs a browser, spreadsheet, or business tool, your operator works from a dedicated secure cloud workspace — separated from other customer setups, configured for your approved tools, and supervised by Andy.

Personally managed by Andy

Setup, day-to-day management, monitoring, and weekly improvement work — handled directly by an experienced AI operator engineer, not handed off to a junior team.

Approval before send

Customer-facing actions — sending, posting, spending, booking, deleting, account changes — are paused for your approval.

Clear record of work

A tracked queue of what was requested, what was delivered, and what was improved — visible proof of how the operator is running.

Operator Audit · £750 · 4 slots/month

Start with an Operator Audit before you commit to a managed retainer.

Three to five ranked opportunities where an AI operator could remove admin drag, clean up messy spreadsheets, recover lost leads, or show what the data is already telling you.

We look at the work and the evidence: emails, admin loops, exports, trackers, missing fields, repeated issues, slow jobs, common costs and useful patterns.

If we go on to run the managed operator for you, the £750 audit fee is credited in full against your first month.

Apply first. We'll book a 15-minute fit call before invoicing. No payment is taken on this site.

Behind your operator

Built and run by someone who actually operates AI agents in production.

My Own Agent is set up and managed personally by Andy — an experienced AI operator engineer who designs, runs, and improves production AI agents every day for his own businesses.

You're not getting an off-the-shelf chatbot, a junior team, or a generic agency build. You're getting the same setup, the same approval discipline, and the same weekly improvement loop he uses on his own work — tailored to yours, and managed end-to-end by the person who built it.

  • Hands-on AI operator engineer Designs, deploys, and runs production AI agent systems — not just demos, slide decks, or one-off prompt tweaks.
  • Same playbook he uses on his own businesses Intake routes, customer-only brains, approval flows, weekly improvement cycles — all proven on his own operating work first.
  • End-to-end, no handoff Andy personally handles your setup, day-to-day management, and weekly improvement. You don't get bounced between account managers and engineers.
Why this exists

Most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need someone to make AI useful.

My Own Agent is for owners who know there's work an AI operator could help with — but don't want to configure prompts, integrations, usage limits, or task systems themselves.

FAQ

Honest answers, before you apply.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. You message what you want done — Andy manages the system, the accounts, the instructions, and the improvement work. You don't need to learn prompts, tools, or AI plumbing.

Is it unlimited?

Yes, inside the agreed work lane. You do not get charged extra for token use, messages, agent runs, or normal volume. If you want a brand-new lane or materially different workflow, we scope that properly instead of surprising you with usage bills.

Who controls it?

Andy manages the agent setup, day-to-day running, and improvement process directly. You stay in control of approvals and business decisions — sensitive actions are always paused for you.

How are requests handled?

Requests and improvements become tracked items in your request queue — prioritised, delivered through a managed workflow, and visible instead of disappearing into chat.

Is this a self-serve SaaS?

No. This is a managed operator service. Andy sets up, runs, monitors and improves the operator personally — so you get outcomes without managing prompts, tools, accounts, integrations, or token usage yourself.

Can it take actions for us?

Only with the right approval. External sends, posts, spend, deletions, account changes, bookings, and legal, financial or compliance commitments are paused for your approval before they go out.

What's the Operator Audit?

It's a £750 paid diagnostic for owners who want clarity before a managed retainer. We map repeated admin, lead, follow-up and workflow drag, then give you 3–5 ranked operator opportunities and the first lane worth testing.

Is the audit separate from the managed operator?

Yes. It is a paid starting point, but it is not meant to become a separate treadmill. If we go on to run the managed operator for you within 30 days, the £750 audit fee is credited in full against your first month.

Can I just buy it online?

No. Apply first with a business email and website. If it looks like a fit, we'll book a 15-minute call and invoice manually. Audits are limited to 4 per month.

Is this financial advice or a savings guarantee?

No. The audit gives practical recommendations based on admin, workflow and operator-system patterns. It is not financial advice, and there are no guaranteed savings or ROI claims.
